Ojo de Tigre Mezcal 1 ½ oz.

Lime Juice ½ oz

Pink Grapefruit Soda 4 oz.

Method Build all ingredients over fresh ice and stir to mix.

Mezcal Ojo de Tigre Joven Mezcal 1.5 oz

Mint Leaves 8-10

Lime Juice 1 oz

Simple Syrup 1 oz

Lemon Bitters 2 Dashes

Olive Oil 3 drops


Place all ingredients except olive oil in a shaker with plenty of ice and give it a good shake. Serve in a cold coupe glass and use a fine strainer to catch stray pieces of leaves. Finish with 3 drops of olive oil on top and decorate with a mint leaf.

Ojo de Tigre Joven Mezcal 1.5 oz

Lime Juice 0.5 oz

Concentrado de Jamaica 15 ml

Hibiscus Syrup 0.75 oz

Ginger Beer or Ale 2 oz


Add the lemon juice, hibiscus syrup and mezcal in a shaker and shake vigorously. Serve over ice then top with ginger beer. Mix lightly and decorate with lemon wedges and a sprig of rosemary.

Ginger Beer 2 oz


Build all ingredients over ice in a Highball Glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice or lime.
